��: Voigtländer Bessa 66 is a folding camera, manufactured by Voigtländer& Sohn AG, Braunschweig, Germany,and produced between 1938-41 and 1945-50. Bessa 66 and Bessa 46 (4.5x6cm format) series also known as Baby Bessa. Bessa 66 was in a long series of Bessacameras and offered with a vast combination of shutters and lenses. It was replaced by Voigtländer Perkeo in 1950. Canon Inc. started as "Seiki Kogaku (Precision mechanics and optics)". This was the first interchangeable lens for Seiki Kogaku and it was advertised in the May 1947 issue of the monthly magazine "Kouga". The focus control system is not coupled to the rangefinder and focus is decided by guess. The original standard bayonet mount was changed to the S mount, before it was marketed as the first interchangeable lens for Seiki Kogaku. This series of lenses were named "Serenar" by a Canon employee in an in-house naming contest. The word "Serenar" was coined from "Serene", the name of the sea on the moon (the Sea of Serenity) and an adjective meaning of "tranquil".

��: The Canon New F-1 replaced the F-1n (an upgraded F-1) as Canon's top-of-the-line 35mm single-lens reflex camera in 1981. Like the earlier models, the New F-1 takes FD-mount lenses. Although no date has ever been confirmed, it is thought that the last New F-1 was made in 1992. It was officially discontinued in 1994, and factory support ended in 2004. The New F-1 is an expandable system. It consists of interchangeable viewfinders, focusing screens, motor drives, and alternate backs, all of which are specific to the New F-1.
